June Auction Meeting & Summer Kick Off!

Our June meeting was quite a success!
Some highlights from the meeting:
- Procurement is pushing hard this summer to get donations- look for e-mails twice a month from Lori Oliver reminding us to keep procuring!
***don't forget that awesome prize at the end of the summer - Beaver Tickets!!!
- We previewed our auction invitations- which look fantastic!
- The Arts Project Committee has some amazing class projects they are going to be working on, can't wait!
Lots of great things going on with all the committees- we so appreciate all the hard work and dedication to our school!

Auction Meeting Tonight!

You will not want to miss our meeting tonight! Come at 6:30pm and enjoy food and drinks. Then at 7pm, we will kick off our May meeting with introductions to our auctioneer and MC, with an opportunity to ask questions. We will also be hearing from our Online Auction Chair about all the new and exciting things that are happening. As always, we will get all the latest updates from our fantastic committee chairs!

This year is proving to be an exciting one!
We have our auction theme- "A Western Affair"
Chris Corrado is our new MC!
Decorations is well under way, you will not want to miss this!
